Agent Flows is operated by Ramzi Bergman, a sole proprietor (eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands. We provide custom API integrations, automations, and data analysis services for businesses.

Through our website contact form, we collect:

• Name — to address you personally
• Email address — to respond to your inquiry
• Company name (optional) — to understand your context
• Message — to understand what you need

We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use analytics tools. We do not collect data beyond what you submit through the form.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Discuss potential services
• Send you a proposal if requested

We do not use your data for marketing, newsletters, or any purpose beyond responding to your specific inquiry — unless you explicitly opt in.

4. How We Store Your Data

Form submissions are processed by Netlify (our hosting provider) and stored in their secure infrastructure. We may transfer your contact details to our email system (Google Workspace) to respond to you.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry, and no longer than 12 months after last contact unless we have an active business relationship.

5. Who Has Access

Only Ramzi Bergman (Agent Flows owner) has access to submitted data. We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to third parties, except:

• Netlify — processes form submissions (US-based, EU Standard Contractual Clauses)
• Google Workspace — email communication (EU data processing)

6. Your Rights (GDPR / AVG)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data
• Restriction — limit how we process your data
• Portability — receive your data in a structured format
• Object — object to processing of your data

7. Data Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS), secure hosting, and restricted access.
